Liverpool set for final Khvicha Kvaratskhelia transfer verdict as ‘verbal agreement’ reached

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for a €70m transfer. Liverpool were interested in the Georgian international, but it appears PSG will win the race for his signature.
