Bernd Leno’s shaky performance in goal, coupled with poor distribution and positioning, contributed to Palace’s goals. Timothy Castagne and Joachim Andersen also had subpar outings, while Calvin Bassey and Antonee Robinson showed flashes of promise but made costly errors.
Sasa Lukic and Sander Berge struggled to control the midfield, while Alex Iwobi and Emile Smith Rowe failed to provide the necessary creativity. Adama Traore and Raul Jimenez were bright spots, but their efforts were not enough to overcome Fulham’s overall lack of cohesion and tactical flexibility.
