Manchester United legend Denis Law, hailed as the “greatest Scottish player of all time” by Sir Alex Ferguson, passed away at 84. Law, a two-time league champion and part of United’s 1968 European Cup-winning squad, left a legacy as the club’s third-highest scorer. Ferguson praised Law’s determination and will to win, calling him the “King of Old Trafford.” Law was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia in 2021.
