Chelsea’s Reece James equalized in stoppage time against Bournemouth, but the goal was controversial. Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola claims Marc Cucurella was in an offside position and interfered with the wall, which should have resulted in an indirect free kick for Bournemouth. The FA’s laws state that attacking players must be at least one yard from a three-player wall before the ball is kicked. Cucurella and Tosin Adarabioyo were within one yard of the wall, so the goal should have been disallowed.
