Official set for dramatic Liverpool return after Andy Robertson elbow controversy

Stuart Attwell will referee Liverpool’s Carabao Cup semi-final first leg against Tottenham Hotspur. Paul Tierney will be on VAR. Constantine Hatzidakis, who was involved in a controversial incident with Andy Robertson last year, will be the fourth official.
