Liverpool recall transfer stance on Ben Doak confirmed after two rejected bids

Liverpool have rejected bids from Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town for Ben Doak. The 19-year-old has impressed on loan at Middlesbrough, scoring eight goals in 22 games. Liverpool have the option to recall Doak this month, but Carrick is “pretty calm” about the situation as the recall clause expires before the transfer window closes on February 3.
