Juventus propose Veiga loan; Chelsea ask about Douglas Luiz in return — reports

Juventus have reportedly made a loan offer for Chelsea’s Renato Veiga, but the Blues prefer a transfer or loan with an obligatory purchase clause. Chelsea are also interested in Douglas Luiz, who is available on loan from Juventus, but the Italian club wants a permanent transfer or loan with an obligation to buy.
