Derelict barber shop remains fenced off eight months after collapse

Liverpool City Council will not take further action on the collapsed Oakfield Road building, as responsibility lies with the owner. The building remains partially closed off, with its future uncertain. The Council previously took emergency action but is satisfied that the building is not currently a public danger.
