Borussia Dortmund linked with Veiga, Chukwuemeka — reports

Chelsea’s transfer window has been quiet, but rumors persist. Carney Chukwuemeka is linked to AC Milan, West Ham, and Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund is also reportedly interested in Renato Veiga, despite Enzo Maresca’s previous denial. Sky Sports Deutschland claims Dortmund has a verbal agreement with Veiga, but Chelsea is yet to confirm.
