Tottenham fight Barcelona to sign Radu Dragusin’s Romania teammate

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Andrei Ratiu, a right-back for Rayo Vallecano. The 26-year-old has a €25m release clause and is expected to leave his club in January. However, Tottenham face competition from Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, and AS Roma.
